A very long title for a very short process, this technique will allow you to reset your belief with a topic, this is usually used with phobias, spiders, snakes, etc., it can also help with anxiety, insomnia, and other beliefs.
HYPNOTHERAPY
Stage hypnotherapy hasn't helped here, there is a misconception that it will be "3,2,1 and sleep".
Far from it, I spend most my time waking people up when using hypnotherapy, you are very much involved in this process and is used for many of the above-mentioned issues as well as when you have conflicting beliefs about a certain topic, such as: knowing that you want to be slimmer but still eat unhealthy foods.
LIFE COACHING
This is used primarily when you are looking for a big change in your life, relationships, career, a new beginning, and many others.
We will set outcomes and plan how to get there with the resources that we have; this is a very powerful process and can have huge life-changing outcomes.
Although these are three separate disciplines, they can all be interchanged and used to support each other in meeting the client's needs. I would like to set up a free initial consultation (30 minutes) where we could assess the client's requirements with my skill sets, from there I would be better placed to give a realistic timeframe and price.
Please note: No service provided can have an exact timescale, but on average it would take around 1 session (40 minutes) to overcome a common phobia, whereas, if you are looking to quit smoking, for example, this may take up to 3-4 sessions.
